Minervois White Tradition 2009


Plants: 30% Marsanne A.O.C
30% Grenache White A.O.C
40% Roussanne White A.O.C.

Vines: Grown on the granitic flats of the Minervois gently caressed by the capricious wind “Vent d’Autan”. This particular ground is very shallow and of poor yield yet allows the Mediterranean vines to express the best of the aromatic qualities.
Process: Direct pressing of the grapes. Separation. Low temperature fermentation.

Characteristics
 Aspect: Pale yellows. Blue, gray and green reflections.
Nose: Honey, Almonds, Quince, Mimosa.
Palate: Well balanced, round, good acidity and long finish. Very elegant.
Serve: 12C.
Ready to drink but could be cellared.
