Minervois Red Tradition 2009 (RED WINE)

Plants : 75% Syrah A.O.C

25% Grenache Black A.O.C

Vines :  Grown on the granitic flats of the Minervois gently caressed by the capricious wind “Vent d’Autan”. This particular ground (Minervois) allows the Mediterranean vines to express the best of the aromatic qualities.

Process : Long maceration at low temperature.

Characterisics : Deep and intense  purple.

Nose : Very ripe red berries. Wild herbs, truffle, flint.

Palate : Full with soft tannins and a hint of vanilla.

Serve : Ambient temperature or fresh in summer.

Cellar : can be kept 3 to 4 years.
