Minervois Rosé Tradition 2009

Plants: 90% Syrah A.O.C
10% Grenache Black A.O.C
Vines: Grown on the granitic flats of the Minervois gently caressed by the capricious wind “Vent d’Autan”. This particular ground is very shallow and of poor yield yet allows the Mediterranean vines to express the best of the aromatic qualities.
Process: Immediate pressing in vats. Temperature controlled.

Characteristics
 Aspect: Pale pink, orange.
Nose: Recallong red berries, caramel, honey, vanilla and grilled almonds.
Palate: Long and fresh. Honest.
Serve: between 15-16C.
Ready to drink.
